Yes, and it happens consistently. Our program is built around a concentrated showing window that creates urgency. When buyers know they have a short window to act, they come prepared. Most of our listings receive multiple offers within the first 5 days, and many close even faster.
Will I get less money by selling quickly?

Every home is different. What we have found is when the property is marketed through our coming soon approach, priced correctly, and shows well in the MLS, we are able to get multiple offers upfront resulting in more money for you.
Does this cost more than selling the “old fashioned” way?
Not at all. We just have a very specific way of selling real estate. When one person writes an offer the price tends to negotiate down because it is you against them. When there are multiple offers, they negotiate against each other, causing the price to go up.
Do I have to accept any of the instant offers I receive?
